Why You Need A Side Hustle Business

A lot of people start businesses not just because they have the capital to get into it, but because several other factors and situations will present themselves for you to go into it. Sometimes we might not have the best ideas to go into a business we have but we end up finding ourselves doing it. Before my leaving Nigeria to Australia, I was a Junior IT consultant for a reputable firm in Nigeria. But then again, because of the hardship in the country at that time, I found myself doing the real estate business because I was in a position where I took advantage of the opportunity that created itself. I thank my maker for making me recognize the opportunity because it was he who placed me at the right place and time, I probably wouldn't have gone into real estate at that time.

One Sunday morning, everyone had gone to church, I felt very reluctant to go for Sunday service. I couldn't understand why I felt that way. The Estate where I lived was filled with so many dilapidated houses and it happened that the company had just settled the dispute that was in court for a long time. I sat in front of the house when I saw a white Nissan SUV past the front of my house. A man came down and began to check on some houses that they had access to. I kept watching him and approached him because I wanted to give him the necessary guidelines about the estate. So, he opened up to me and told me that the houses belong to him and that they are putting them up for sale. He then said he would like to work with me so that I could get buyers for the houses which they had on the Estate. That was where my Real Estate Business sprung up from. So, I told a few people about it, and in less than a week I had a serious buyer who made the payment of one of the houses.
