Why You Need A Side Hustle Business Part 2
Continuing from part one of this topic, I made my first property sale in just one week of starting it. Then, I said to myself, if I can bag a deal in one week, then this must be a sign that I can have this real estate business as a side hustle. I got busy working on this real estate business strategically with my 9 to 5 professional job which was not paying me at that time because of the economic situation. I blended my work schedule to fit my side hustle schedule which was done on weekends. I connected with several real estate agents that gave me insights into the business. I met a lot of rich guys who were my prospective clients.
I had a product to market and sell and I needed the right audience to view my products. so I took pictures of these houses which are the products and created a website because I know how to do that so well as it is my professional career path that made it easy. I uploaded these pictures on my website and created some accounts on social media where I placed adverts to get more attraction for the houses I was selling. I left my comfort zone which was my resting place on the weekends to work on getting sales for the properties I had to sell.
